These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of the Khareedo Electronics website and purchases made through it. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the related policies shown on the store.
Website Use
You may use the website only for lawful personal or business shopping purposes. You must not interfere with security, attempt unauthorised access, submit false information, abuse promotions or use the website in a way that harms Khareedo Electronics, customers or service providers.
Product Information and Compatibility
We aim to provide accurate product names, photographs, specifications, compatibility, box contents, prices and availability. Small visual or packaging differences may occur between batches. Customers are responsible for reviewing connector type, device model, operating-system support, dimensions, power requirements and other compatibility information before ordering.
Performance Estimates
Battery life, charging time, wireless range, audio performance, power output and other performance figures may be manufacturer estimates or test results. Actual results vary according to device settings, usage, environment, network conditions, charger, cable and battery condition.
Orders and Acceptance
- Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance.
- We may verify customer details, payment, stock and delivery availability before confirming an order.
- We may cancel or limit an order because of stock or pricing errors, suspected fraud, failed verification, delivery restrictions or misuse.
- If payment was collected for a cancelled order, the applicable amount will be refunded.
Prices and Payments
Prices, bundles and promotions may change without notice. The checkout total applies to that order, subject to correction of an obvious error. Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. Customers must supply accurate billing, payment and contact information.
Delivery
Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by courier operations, security checks, route restrictions and circumstances outside our reasonable control. Customers must provide a correct address and active phone number and be available to receive the parcel.
Returns, Refunds and Warranty
Returns, replacements, refunds and warranty claims are governed by our Return & Refund Policy and any product- specific warranty terms. Damaged, missing, incorrect or dead-on-arrival products should be reported within 24 hours with supporting evidence.
Product Use, Installation and Safety
Customers must follow the product instructions and use compatible power sources, chargers, cables and devices. Khareedo Electronics is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, liquid, impact, voltage fluctuation, unsafe installation, unauthorised repair, modification or use outside the stated specifications.
Customer Data
Customers are responsible for backing up and removing personal information, accounts, SIM cards and memory cards before sending a device for return, diagnosis or repair. Data may be erased during technical servicing.
Promotions and Discount Codes
Promotions may have eligibility rules, dates, product exclusions, stock limits or usage limits. Discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash and may not be combined unless expressly stated.
Brand Names and Intellectual Property
Third-party brand names, product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and may be used only to identify compatibility or the products offered. Website branding, graphics, photographs, text and design owned by or licensed to Khareedo Electronics may not be commercially copied without permission.
Reviews and User Content
When submitting a review, photograph, video, comment or other content, you confirm that it is truthful, lawful and does not violate another person's rights. We may moderate content that is misleading, abusive, unlawful, irrelevant or contains private information.
Third-Party Services
The website may depend on Shopify, payment providers, couriers, manufacturers, distributors, service centres, social platforms and other providers. Their services may have separate terms, and we are not responsible for third-party websites or services outside our control.
Disclaimer and Limitation
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Khareedo Electronics is not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from website use, delivery delays, incompatibility that was disclosed, data loss or product misuse. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Pakistan. Any dispute should first be raised with customer support so both parties can attempt a practical resolution.
